CANCELATION POLICY
​
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit.
Any cancellation made more than 4 months before the retreat date will be fully refunded minus the $500 deposit (before November 15, 2022).
Any cancellation made between 2-4 months before the retreat date will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price & the $500 deposit (between November 15, 2022 and January 15, 2023).
Any cancellation made less than 2 months before the retreat date will result in a total loss of funds (between: January 16, 2023 and the trip departure).
I reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if I do so your deposit & payments are refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can search for our suggested 'Travel Guard Insurance' online and choose from several policy options.
